I asked for her hands to take her pulse, only to discover that her pulse was deep and wiry, <strong>her limbs felt cold<\/strong>, and having a look at her tongue, the tongue was pale red with white coating, basically it could be <strong>judged that the spleen and stomach were weak<\/strong>, and I asked her if she had <strong>bloating after meals, difficulty in digestion after eating, hiccups,<\/strong> etc. She agreed to them one by one, claiming that she had a bad digestive problem and that she would limit the amount of food she ate. It&#8217;s not because she eats less or isn&#8217;t hungry, but because she&#8217;s afraid that eating too much will make her stomach uncomfortable and disrupt her day. In addition to gastrointestinal issues, she is bothered by the fact that her <strong>menstrual period<\/strong> has yet to arrive, and the slight watery stool <strong>she has discharged is accompanied by the sensation of incomplete stool evacuation<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">After learning about her symptoms, I informed her that her weakened spleen and stomach were the root of her problems. The spleen is in charge of transformation and transportation, while the stomach is in charge of food reception. To have a good digestive system, do the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">1. Eat regularly, without starving or overeating<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">2. Both of her pulses are strong, thready, and the white and greasy coating on her tongue has improved, making it slightly reddish with a thin white coating.
