Wonder why the Chinese practitioner ask if I sweat much or not ?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">In the subject of general internal medicine, there is a main topic on \u201csweat\u201d or \u201cperspiration\u201d. When one person sweat a lot, the blood depleted, as a consequences, it causes lack of energy (qi) and fluid loss.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">The bible book of TCM has mentioned \u201d\u9633\u52a0\u4e8e\u9634\u8c13\u4e4b\u6c57\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">It means \u201cYang\u201d is referred to internal energy which gives warmth to the body. \u201cYin\u201d is referred to the fluid flowing in the body, including both water and blood circulation. Bad smell sweat is related to liver. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">When liver is heaty, it causes heat in the body. As a result, the functionality of the stomach affected, fluid started to stuck in the stomach and turning into heat after sometime. The heat radiates and emerges from the outer layer of the skin as the process of perspiration. When lung is weak, the pore on the skin is not controlled smoothly, thus sweating a lot. Besides, when one is found to be easily to catch flu, cough or asthma, it is related to lung issue. Simultaneously, heart circulates blood through the whole body.
