Visions TCM was founded in 2016 and has been providing comprehensive and personalized TCM services for 7 years.

We are committed to promote traditional Chinese medicine culture and philosophy while providing individualized and comprehensive TCM services for our patients. Our medical team at Visions TCM consists of experienced TCM practitioners who are professionally qualified and certified as traditional and complementary medicine practitioners in Malaysia.

We offer traditional TCM treatments such as pulse diagnosis, herbal medicine, acupuncture, cupping, Tui Na massage, and manual therapy. In addition, we integrate modern medical knowledge to provide our patients with more comprehensive and personalized medical services.

Professional Qualification Certification
All of our TCM Practitioners are registered practitioner at Traditional and Complementary Medicine Division – Ministry of Health Malaysia.

Our medicine have been tested and certified by the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) of Malaysia and carry the MAL certification number. This means that our Chinese medicinal products have undergone strict testing and review procedures by the NPRA, are steroid-free, and meet quality standards.

In one-on-one diagnosis, TCM practitioners carefully inquire about the patient’s symptoms, observe the coating on the tongue, pulse condition, and other factors to comprehensively assess the patient’s constitution, condition, and underlying causes. They develop personalized TCM diagnosis and treatment plans. TCM practitioners emphasize observing the patient’s overall physical condition from a holistic perspective and emphasize the balance and health of body and mind.

We provide appointment services to allow patients to conveniently schedule medical services and appointments, reducing unnecessary long wait times and queues.
The appointment process is also very simple. You can make an appointment directly by phone, or if you find it inconvenient to call, you can make an appointment through WhatsApp. Our front desk will arrange the date and time for you properly.

Having an elderly at home is like having a treasure. We respect and cherish the elderly, therefore, senior citizens aged 60 and above are entitled to a 10% discount on medications and treatments. Our system recognizes you every time you visit, and you can enjoy automatic discounts every time you visit.
