If always under the fast-paced of work and high-pressure mental burden for a long time, the sympathetic nerves will be continuously excited, the heart rate will increase, the heart load will increase, and the blood pressure will rise, all of which may cause myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction and other diseases.

4. People who are easily emotional:

Intense emotional fluctuations, such as anger or excessive excitement, will increase the blood flow of heart, increase the heart contractility and speed up the heartbeat, which not only increases the burden on the heart, but also easily induces myocardial infarction and even leads to sudden death.

5. People who often stay up late:

Staying up late causes the body loss of the opportunity to recover and regulate. A body that lacks rest is like a dry river that cannot nourish every cell. Staying up late will cause the sympathetic nerves overexcited and the heart has to work overtime which are very easy to induce acute heart disease.
