Insomnia is “forced to stay up late.” How torturing!
When you are lying down, with your eyes keep staring at the clock, time is slipping behind, bit by bit, second by second.
Sometimes, easily woke up in the midnight due to frequent urination. After woke up in the midnight, it was hard to fall asleep again. Are you familiar with all these symptoms?

The question is… who has stolen your sleeping hour?
1. Put yourself contemplating before asleep or playing hand phone will cause tension, excitement, anxiety and emotional feeling.
2. Do exercise excessively before sleep cause brain excitement and we miss the sleeping hour.
3. Overeat or never eat before sleep cause over burden in the stomach or leave with an empty stomach
When we have the sleep disorder problems, our organs will be exhausted as well.
1. Liver TCM says liver is keeping blood as a resource for our body. When we could not sleep well, liver is unable to produce sufficient blood volume, deteriorating the functionality of liver cells, hence affecting process of liver detoxification.
2. Brain When we could not sleep well, affecting the functionality of the brain which has cause the slowdown of residue removal progress. This might cause dementia happening on the old folks as well.
3. Heart When we fall asleep, the heart beat rate will be slower compare to the daytime, it might have reduced 10~30time/min, so our heart is in a relaxing condition during sleeping hour. If we could not sleep well, our heart would not be in a “relaxing” condition, hence will face heart problem.
4. Kidney The filter rate in the kidney reduced in the night as compare to the daytime, the urination process reduced. When we could not sleep well, the function of kidney deteriorated faster.
5. Respiratory System Snoring might cause a temporary short break of breathing. When the sleep has no quality due to snoring, we will easily fall asleep during the daytime, maybe we feel unable to focus on what we do, and bad-tempered as well.
【Recommendations:】
Adjust our mind, to help us to get into sleeping mode, for instance,
we could listening to sentimental songs, meditation practice, or reading relaxing books etc.
* 2 hours before sleep keep ourselves out of touch on the hand phone, so let our mind remain in an undisturbed state.
* 2 hours before sleep avoid aggressive exercise such as basketball or soccer race, gym exercises etc.
* Having a simple dinner, neither full nor empty, recommend to have the dinner more than 3 hours before asleep.
