“肛门痛!”

有过痔疮病的人都会理解肛门的疼痛所带来的不舒适感。

这个病大多数人都对它又敬又畏。不发作尚可,一旦发作可真没完没了。今天我们就来了解痔疮这个课题。

痔疮的现象,就是直肠下端及肛门静脉丛血液淤积,诱发痔疮的产生。

最近有几位痔疮病患,有的轻微,有的严重。。

有一位患者严重的程度到极限,连日常生活的行住坐卧都成问题了。这问题让她产生了上厕所排便的恐惧感。除了肛门疼痛,还有排血便。每天上午10点排便完事后肛门疼痛得不行,久久不能坐半天。就只好站着数小时,脚累得不行了,才勉强歪斜着身子挨着椅子,半坐的姿势。真的坐立难安。


痔疮肛门疼痛诱发因素很多:

  1. 大便的习惯,比如便秘导致肛门生痔疮。

  2. 进食大量刺激性食物,比如辣椒。

  3. 生活习惯养成的久坐久立,比如教师长时间站立教书,办公室人员长时间坐着打电脑等等。

  4. 长期熬夜或饮酒。

  5. 生理原因或慢性疾病。孕妇少运动也常会有痔疮的问题。

今年6月21日是夏至,表示年中的夏季开始了。本来天气季候应该转热,但天有不测的风云,下午经常下大雨。自然我们户外运动减少,而当我们食物量照常的时候,挤进我们小小胃里的食物,如果没有及时消化并吸收,囤积久了则化热化气,不但肚子不舒服,热气往下走,造成肠胃蠕动不佳,极易患上便秘,这时候,患上痔疮的机会就大大增加。

接下来就要聊聊什么适当的方法可以改善并缓解痔疮

  1. 饮食习惯,定时定量适可而止。少进食煎炸或油腻食物,或少进食大量刺激性食物,比如辣椒。因为肠胃弱受不了太刺激的辣食,就发炎,进而诱发痔疮。多进食高纤维素的食物,比如蔬果,帮助食物消化,也把肠道食物的残渣等排出体外,减少体内热毒而导致痔疮的生成。少吃红肉和芝士。

  2. 保持正常的起居生活,是健康之道。经常熬夜的我们,不论学生或工作人士,必须调整生活习惯,迟睡不仅伤肝,引发痔疮,还会导致许多慢性病。

  3. 保持运动。每个人都懂运动排汗促进血液循环,这当然也会改善消化系统的循环。当我们久坐久立,血液循环自然缓慢,局部循环比如大肠,直肠的血液循环缓慢,加上热气,会诱发炎症,进而诱发痔疮发作。所以选择适当的运动不但可以让身体循环改善,也可预防痔疮形成。避免选择会在痔疮上造成压力的运动,像举重,骑脚踏车等。当痔疮痊愈后,当然可以恢复原来的运动习惯。

  4. 适量喝水,每个小时提醒自己喝水。如果阴液不足,身体阴虚火热,血燥生风,风热蕴在大肠,直肠则导致痔疮发作。

  5. 良好的排便习惯。当我们的肠胃蠕动不佳时,肠内产生硬便。首先,必须让它有很好的生理时钟。记得固定时间进食,养成良好的饮食习惯,就会有良好的排便习惯,排出的粪便也比较软,可以及时把体内的热毒去除。

  6. 尽量避免搽拭肛门时摩擦痔疮患处的皮肤。排便后,可以用清水清洗,以代替卫生纸的搽拭,减少对痔疮的摩擦。

Hemorrhoids

Everyone who has had experiencing the piles pain due to hemorrhoids will sense the unpleasant experience.

Most people are so scared of piles. We will discuss about it today.

Hemorrhoids, also known as piles, are swollen veins in the lower part of the anus and rectum. When the walls of these vessels are stretched, they become irritated.

Recently, we have few cases on piles, some of them are light cases, and some are severe cases. I remembered one of the severe cases, which has caused so much discomfort and affecting patient’s lifestyle. It has caused phobia for her whenever she need to perform bowel movement.

Besides the severe pain, she has bleeding stools. Everyday 10am, after the bowel movement, she encountered the anus pain so much that she could not sit on the chair for the half of the day. As a consequent, she stands for few hours, only when she feels so fatigue then she sits slanting on the chair.

Few causes for hemorrhoids:

  1. Habit of bowel movement. Hemorrhoids happened mostly on people who has constipation problem.

  2. One who like very much spicy food like chilies.

  3. Sitting or standing for a longer period of time. For example, teachers who stand whole day teaching, officer who sit in front of pc for long hours.

  4. Habit of sleep late or like alcoholic drinks

  5. Physiological or chronic diseases. Pregnant mother could get hemorrhoids easily as well.

For the past few weeks, it has been raining heavily. Hence we cut down the outdoor activities. If we continue to intake the food as much as normal days while lack of exercises, we have plenty of food stuffed inside the stomach to be digested as metabolism slows down. After the food kept for longer hours, we would have feel bloated stomach and some symptoms of digestive problem, at this point, it will easily trigger constipation which cause the form of hemorrhoids or piles at anus area.

Here, i would like to share how to control the problem of hemorrhoids or piles.

  1. Regular meal and diet control. Eat less spicy food like chilies, less oily or fried food. As the heat will keep inside of the body and cause intestine inflammation and higher chances to cause the forming of piles. We encourage you to take high fiber food as to aid us in smoothing digestive system, directly, the release of the heat and toxic out of the body. Avoid red meat and cheese.

  2. Regular sleeping time. Late sleep will affect the liver functionality and besides that, higher chances of forming hemorrhoids.

  3. Regular exercise. When we exercise, it helps the circulation of liquid and blood, and of course enhancing our digestive system circulation. In the other way, if we lack of exercise, the circulation of liquid and blood slow down, indirectly the circulation at intestines such as colon or rectum affected as well. When the heats come, it caused inflammation and turns it to piles gradually. It is important to have appropriate exercises that enable us to avoid the forming of piles. If we have piles, we try stop certain exercises like weightlifting or cycling which cause pressures to the wound. We can continue to have such exercise after the recovery of the piles.

  4. Drink water regularly. We consume sufficient amount of water per day, perhaps drink hourly. If lack of fluid smoothing the intestines, the dryness in colon caused hard stool and in long run the piles appear.

  5. Maintain a regular bowel movement. Constipation will reserve heat in the body with hard stool. If we have a regular bowel movement, the stool become softening and release heat and detoxify easily.

  6. Avoid direct friction between the wound and dry toilet paper.

After bowel movement, we can apply water to wash the feces instead of toilet paper, and it will have less pressure to the wound.

If hemorrhoids bleeding occur, i would suggest you to get the consultation from doctors. Besides hemorrhoids, chronic intestines problems might cause bleedings as well, doctor diagnoses will help to differentiate what problem the patient has had encountered.
